You do. I already downloaded it for this weeks game as I'll be traveling for work and I wanted to be sure I didn't miss the game. It will ask for your cable company and your username and password.

this app is TERRIBLE. I tried to watch the UW / UU game Saturday on it. got stuck / lagged constantly. I was on a WiFi network with good signal. be warned
