Asking this OL to pass protect in straight drop backs for 75-80% of snaps is losing football.

It's a three man rush for the most part. I can understand the blitzes but you should win 3 man rushes as an OL

You need to move the pocket some with this OL. The interior will not hold up in obvious passing situations otherwise.
