Whooptie friggin doo. The team is going to be so down. I hope we treat the NIT seriously, but that's going to be hard.
They still play the NIT championship round at the Garden in NY correct?
If so, Chauncey would be right there. Boyle could have him address the team, maybe attend a practice or two. It might take the sting out a little
Bottom line is CU as a team and CU as a fan base needs a good showing for this game.
Moving forward if CU wants to turn things around and start to build anything resembling a basketball reputation they need to have a very good showing in the NIT including filling the building for the home games.
Go one an done and everyone on the NCAA selection committee gets to say they were right for not inviting them. If 5k show up for the game and the can looks 3/4 empty the selection committee can point and show how nobody even cares about CU basketball.

is it possible for us to host 3 games?
Whatever dude it is not like the committee is going to admit they were wrong if we win the nit. They don't give a **** and aren't accountable for their decisions. I'm there for our boys with my middle fingers raised in the air screaming **** you ncaa.
Yea it's possible but they make the decisions on who will be hosting the next rounds on a round-by-round basis.

Not anymore....if CU wins, they host until Final Four and Championship, which is in New York
Sweet --- so CU could actually host THREE games?!??
Buffs really need to sell out those games!
