Conference Championship Games 12/6-12/7

But FSU was garbage without Travis. Georgia is fine without Beck.

My point is not necessarily about dropping UGA all the way out with a loss, but they should be dropped quite a bit with a Beck injury.

We Buff fans know all too well the curse of the backup QB. 😂
I wonder if backup QBs sometimes come in and add a spark to a moribund offense because there's limited film, preparation, etc., for the newbie. But that's maybe something I comfort myself with, considering the likes of Khalil Tate, Sam Darnold, etc., coming off the bench to have historic games against CU.

I think that’s definitely part of it.

That drive seemed like a case of simplified playcalling and a supporting cast that was fired up.

McConaughey right now:

in some instances I also think the backup is just better than the starter plus if the starter goes down everyone knows they need to step up and they it might be on them now because the QB may not be able to bail them out anymore. Remember when Saban pulled Hurts and Tua won them a title?

That’s really surprising. Charlotte is basically on the border with SC and I imagine there is a decent alumni population in Charlotte.

Clemson has the best fan base in the ACC and they travel very well, but just not enough to sell this game out on a cold weather night. It also doesn't help that Clemson isn't at their peak like they were in the late 2000-teens. This game typically struggles without Clemson, VT, UNC, or NC State in it. (NCSU has never been in this game).
