Remember - the same people who write the big checks to universities and NIL are the same people who overpay to buy politician real estate, give them insider stock tips, provide them with personal financial "loans", fly them on private jets to take them on swank vacations, and create & fund the Superpacs which are their lifeblood. Of course Congress is going to try to get involved to make sure that college athletes have to stay and do what they're told after they've been bought & paid for at a reasonable price.
