CSU tickets

Anyone know if there are better options than just buying tickets through the CSU site?

A few reasons I would prefer to do something else:
  • Sit with fellow Buffs to provide a buffer between ridiculous CSU fans
  • Not give money directly to CSU (well aware it goes there eventually)
  • Buying tickets from the away team sites always ends up me getting endless ads and emails

Short of stub hub (etc), there's no other way to avoid buying directly from the road school. There aren't traveling sections like there are for football road games.

If you do buy separately from the travel package, I've got my tickets in Section C, so at least you'll be around some Buff fans. Not sure what section the Forever Buffs traveling group will be in.

Dude I have season tickets with is normally more frugal then me.

But we have $143 seats at Canvas Stadium

"I think CSU football tickets are the kind of thing I'd expect to buy on game day for $30"
"I was worried it would sell out!"

My understanding is that the CSU AD is looking to make up a substantial season ticket shortfall on the back of this game. Expect to be gouged when game tickets go on sale in early August.

Edit: Damn iPhone, didn't notice the thread.
