Tony Brown on the second quarter TD catch is putting a lot on film for the NFL scouts to love.
The corner he beat is pretty solid corner with good speed. Brown did a great job of beating him off the LOS. He then made a nice subtle move that moved the guy just enough to allow him to gain some nice separation. He adjusted beautifully to the ball in flight and made a tough grab in the end zone completely stretched out. Outstanding catch.
If KD wants to go to the league he cannot lose the ball like he did on the KO return. That was pretty much an unforced turnover. He had an excellent return later but the pros value ball security. If a guy is putting the ball on the carpet he better be producing TDs or they will swap him out for a guy who holds onto the ball.
