Really wish these videos were longer
It was pretty Herculean to put out 22 minutes every 3 weeks back in 2016. I don't really know how they managed to do it with that kind of production value. In 2015 they were doing 6-7 minutes every few weeks. In 2013 & 14 they were doing 10-12 minutes for a whole season. I wish it was longer too but I'll take quality over quantity.Really wish these videos were longer
Episode 4
It’s no accident that he is attracting more high end players than we’ve had in years. Everything he does is setting a new brand and attitude for Colorado. Everything he does sells the state, the city, the school, the team, the family.I love these videos. Maybe I'm still in the honeymoon phase, but I feel like these videos especially have more of a recruiting slant to them, then the previous series. The Rise was obviously awesome, but I love how they are showcasing Tucker in a lot of these videos as a recruiting pitch for guys to come here.
Yeah, the other videos were about the school and program. There has definitely been a concerted effort by the AD and entire football program to promote and build the Mel Tucker brand. Very calculated for recruiting purposes. All he has to do is start showing a turnaround on the field and start winning.I love these videos. That’s because Mel is the first coach we’ve had here in a long time (ever in this media driven era?) who understand the importance of publicity and brand in recruiting and program building. Not sure where to put this but saw in the game preview by Adam and Brian how they were saying how much Mel appreciates the coverage they're giving the team and that Mel is easily the most appreciative CU coach they've covered.
