CU vs. UCLA

JT Shrout involved with the offense on the sidelines, sitting with McCown supporting him.
B. Lewis Checked out and not interested. He should go now, no need to wait until the end of the season. He won't play again unless there is an injury.

This program needs some things.

1. A commitment from above the athletic department to winning. Fix the issues with admissions and transfers, stop the stupid kangaroo court abuse of athletes (they should still be accountable for their actions but the treatment they have gotten from the student run clown show isn't justice. Stop draining the athletic department with their ridiculous accounting and let the AD spend the money generated by the AD.

2. A complete cleaning out of the program, get rid of KD, get rid of the stupid idea that former Buffs should be the preference for any positions including coaching, Send Hagan upstairs to an office away from the team. Bring in a program building coach and let him hire his choices for EVERY position. No more Hagans, Chevs, etc. Give him a budget that lets him hire quality assistants (not talking about Bama money but enough to attract young up and coming guys.) Give him the budget to build a competitive support staff.

3. Schedule for success. Stop putting the program at a disadvantage by overscheduling OOC for paydays.

The OL has been playing better - really wondering if it is more a factor of McCown understanding protection concepts and adjustments
