So CU will drop to 0-4 with all 4 losses being by 25+ points. Yep, this is clearly worse than the Embree years, and I can’t think of a coach in the country who would survive another week if these were the results in year three.
What would they have seen that would indicate how great this place can be?
It’s only year three, and Dorrell needs time to assemble his own staff to really get his trademark offense rolling. I mean he’s only changed the offensive line coach, the WR coach, and the offensive coordinator so far.

The school, the campus, the city, the venue, the Champions Center, another solid student section today. Everything about CU except for the people running it screams, "This place is special."
We are just not remotely competitive once Ralphie hits the trailor.
George Kliavkoff in Boulder today to inform the Buffs they are being relegated to the Mountain West and the conference is “taking their chances” with a Pac 9, per sources.

I agree and hopefully the recruits remember CU as a cool place and keep an eye out for who the next coach is, but it’s very hard to imagine they view this program as anything other than embarrassing right now
