CUBuffs.com: Buffs Set To Face UMass In First Round Of NCAA Tournament (Friday, 5:00 PM Mtn. Time)

6-8 after Buffs can't convert on a UMass yellow card (and couldn't even get a quality shot).

Buffs need to turn things around or this season is going to end quickly.

the wheels just fell off... disappointing end to an amazing season... hats off to the lax program

There's the truism (i often hate) that it seems organizations, no matter how well the regular season goes, have to "earn their stripes" in the post-season, and that it seems that post-season experience almost always starts roughly. GREAT season for the Buffs in any case.

UMass scores again. CU take their last TO. Finish STRONG Buffs!

Again, congrats to the team for a great season. Enjoy the off-season and keep on grindin'. And, thanks to ALL the seniors (believe there's like 15-17 or so) for all their work in helping develop the program.

Great season! Wish it hadn't ended today, but nothing but pride in this team and program.

IIRC, the year that the soccer team won the Big 12 regular season title they traveled to BYU for their first ever NCAA tourney match and lost big. So yes, I'd say that the first post season experience can be rough. The intensity level and pressure are different from anything experienced in the regular season.

Fabulous season regardless.
