Begs the question - has the main problem with RG been that he's put too much trust in LC?
Did LC negotiate contracts too?
I don't know his level of involvement with that part of it.
LC wasn’t a final decision-maker there. This has been RG’s biggest issue. The last three HC contracts he’s negotiated have all been losers for Colorado.

This is tired take. P5 coordinator jobs are not easy to come by.
If you individually are pleased with the hire Ill have some optimism.
Both of these can be true as they aren't really related statements.
It's possible to make a hire Duff would be happy with, but making a hire he is unhappy with would not actually negate his statement.
