Devin Head Suspended

Nothing in the story as to why - anyone have any insights? (I believe Head had the unsportsmanlike conduct call in the CSU game - could it be related?)

Particularly disappointing after the Buffs came through the CSU game injury free. :bang:

No. Head should've been the starter for the whole year at LG. The RG spot was the one MTM and Behrens were competing for.

But now thats all up in the air due to the suspension.
 
Hm here I was thinking baby DUI, nothing really that terrible, but no, he tells the cop he had ten drinks. Granted he's a 300 lbs lineman but oh man don't tell a cop that.

edit: hm played around with bac calc and that's about .104 over 2 hours for a 300 lbs male with standard metabolism.

Bad vibe on Devin Head for a long time, simply put he was and is presently a high grooming puff ball guy and Had the label on him coming in. Devin get it together you're far better that this.
 
this sucks. i have determined that Devin is one of my current favorite players. we spent some time with him one night this summer while hanging with other local buff fans. i really enjoyed talking with him, and to be honest, he seemed like he really had it together. i still think he does, i mean be honest, when in college i know i rode around in cars with drivers who were surely over the limit. now i do realize that you are held to a higher standard as a player, but still you know they still go out and drink and probably more. no different than your average cu student.

Yup but he says he, "drinks and parties as much as he can" Now I'm sure some players do this but that quote threw me off personally.
