is it just me or did prich seem to be moving awfully well for someone with a severe acl injury?

Those guys have so much muscle strength in their legs that the muscle provides a lot of stability. But if he tried to cut on it, BAM! He'd go down in a heap. Remember Koy trying to play with a blown ACL?

you can do a LOT of things with a torn ACL, except make cuts or sudden stops. Your hamstring actually can take up a lot of slack for a weak/injured hamstring. I was able to run and bike just fine with a torn ACL and I don't even have close to the muscle strength that these guys have in their legs.
