How much extra would a retractable roof cost? Too much?

Then how about a few skylights?

I thought about that but didn't really want to go there. Crazy that meth is cheaper than food, isn't it?

Remember what they have to do on to bring that entire building up to the same level as the top of the stadium. That's a lot of material. Plus, there will be other stuff in that building besides the practice field.

I think DBT is right, the price per square foot of the football field area should be relatively cheap, however the training rooms, weight rooms, tape rooms, meeting rooms, and offices off set that.

The field itself isn't cheap either, that will probably cost about $1 mil assuming they go with FieldTurf.
