The white coach-black coach talk is crap. White coach had us in a bowl game in year two and then a bad extension was signed. Classes were not imploding and kids scambling to get off a sinking ship.
How do you do black coaches a service by keeping them longer? They want equal rights to get hired, but then everyone must ignore that they are ****** coaches regardless of ethnic backgrounds, and keep them anyway? All that will accomplish is that everyone else will not take a chance on a black coach if they have to keep him simply because of his skin color.
Facts are, CU ****ed up by hiring a head coach and two coordinators with no experience it track record at that levels. It was a recipe for disaster.
Striking up the band and rearranging the deck chairs will not alter the direction this ship is headed. We need a new boat.
