Games this weekend 12/1-12/2

That throw by Darnold from the end zone was so special. Not so much the throw itself, but the composure to hang in there through his progressions and find the deep ball to what looked like the 3rd or 4th option in that route tree. To do that while standing in the end zone with guys flying around you is all sorts of next level.

Good game and showing for pac12.
Big drive for Stanford. Too bad shaw didn't kick the fg, I know hindsight....

Totally spaced. Yes, you’re right. You get my drift though.

Looks like Stanford bettors are back in the hunt with that last TD, BTW.

Doesn't the winner go to the fiesta bowl this year because one of the championship games is at the rose bowl?

I actually found my self rooting for the condoms. The south finally won the conference. I feel dirty. Lol.

Typical USC fashion they crapped the bed against Leach and because of that loss are out of contention for the playoff. I think if their only loss had been ND they would be in the top 5 and in position to get in.

It's the other way. They got abused on national tv by ND and it's the only USC game that most of the country saw. So that's the national perception of USC and the Pac-12 this year.

Agree that was a bad look but ND was looked at as a quality team nationally. WSU is looked at as a run of the mill backwater team.

Really if they had won either of them they would be in position but the Wazzou game is one they had no excuse to lose, they just stunk that night.

Actually, they had a couple very valid excuses.

I like how USC just won the Pac-12 title and some people want to still talk about how they have "underachieved." Almost like reinforcing their own biases.

When I saw the USC dancing early in the game at Folsom, to the in house music, during a TV timeout, that's all I need to see. They won't ever win anything close to their potential.

Because they like to stay loose and have fun on the sideline?

I’m the opposite. Helton’s a professional coach who has them playing with discipline. Add that he’s got them having fun too makes them scary with all that talent.

Just needed to get more ****ty hot takes into 2017.

SC has stabilized now, Helton is the complete opposite of Kiffin and Sark. Even though it hurts CU in the South, a good USC is good for the PAC's national perception.
