Games Thread - Men's BBall hosts #15/17 Oregon (Thurs., 1/7, 3:00 MT, FS1) and is scheduled to visit Utah (Monday, 4:00 MT, Pac 12 Networks)

Watching Eli's game blossom has made him my favorite player on this team.

I have found myself having so much natural confidence in him – one of the best pure guard on-ball defenders we have had, and he is so understated about it.

Thinking about the start to the second half, everyone, including Eli, seemed to have the go-ahead to take shots. I hope Tad pumped the team up after that ugly first half on offense and told them to fire away. Even though Maddox & Eli laid a few bricks, it opened the game up.

All that to say, still looking for Eli to press more on offense as his problem is confidence not ability.

I don't mind the noon game start vs. Cal. The sea level team is flying into CO the day before and will play at 11:00 a.m. PST. The Buffs can run them off the court.

Cal s-u-u-u-c-k-s. We should be able to beat them after I'm home from work.
