Why would anyone think Jaylynn was trying to be a showman. She wanted to correct her shot so it doesn't keep happening.

She had gone to the coaches previously about working on finishing her shots. The kid wants to win. Nothing wrong with that.

It's not like there were fans in the gym or anyone else she was trying to impress.
Read what I wrote. My point was that practicing before a game tends to help win that game more then practicing after it. And obviously there were people there ie Brian Howell.
