Garrett Riley is TCU’s offensive coordinator. He just smoked Oklahoma, his brother’s previous employer. Did that game catapult him onto Colorado’s short list?

I love how they portray the Carroll hire as an outside the box, unproven coach and not a retread.

Would be malpractice for his agent not to get his name out there with an undefeated team and top 20 offense.

Prolly. But, more importantly, make CU much much more appealing to ready to play in Riley years 1 and 2 portal QBs.

Overall, mixed feelings about GR to CU. But, i could get on board if it happened.

Edit: assuming mckown staying or not is unknown....but, then again, i'd wager GR hire would make staying pretty appealing. Regardless, more quality competition at QB....only a good thing.
