No, you don't. Nobody is happy with where we are right now. Record, recruiting, reputation, ect.. This inbred never stops with his negativity. Believe it or not, some recruits might take his comments to heart. If you were a potential recruit like, say, someone like Waz, who we NEED, and you saw this never ending put down of all things CU, would it affect your potential decision making? He makes fun of all our recruits, nobody wants them, no support, ect... and this from someone who has never played major college football and done anything in his life besides visit so called expert recruiting sites. Give us a break. You are a narcissist who wants everyone to think you know what you're talking about, not what you've accomplished in your life. Another do nothing and these people hurt CU, not help us. 27,000 posts and this is what you provide? Maybe someone appreciates your recruiting posts, I don't. I rank you up with Ringo for the depth of what you provide. Quit bashing our recruits. I really don't care what else you say. I would hazard a guess that all of Mac2's recruits will be more successful in life than you could ever dream of.

Now, Snookie?, do you want to know what I originally thought? You don't need to be a sunshine pumper to be honest with where we are. We suck..we know it. We also seem to be markedly improved from the last 2 coaching regimes. Right now that's the best I can hope for though all of us do want more. It takes time. Just shut the FU about recruiting bashing and you'll be fine. I'm sure I will be bashed for confronting a "major allbuffs contributor" but sometimes us lurker members can't take it anymore.

Maybe I don't read the board enough, but the negativity so outweighs the positive that your statement makes no sense to me. Who are these mysterious posters you speak of?

Nah. If you want to see someone bashed, it will be when someone tries to claim that his post count has any relation to his fandom or knowledge. Only thing it seem to effect (for better or worse) is how familiar people are with the poster.

Anyway, I'm pretty much a sunshine pumper. We're fans. This is supposed to be fun. It's more fun to me if I think and post about upsides even if someone who wasn't a CU fan might read it and think I jumped the gun on legalized MJ. But I also recognize that there's value in someone giving the reality check and demanding that coaches, administrators and players are held accountable when they don't perform up to the level needed to turn this around. We keep the negativity out of the recruiting forum, but the regular football board is pretty much fair game unless it's a Terms of Service violation or bashing of a player. (What's "bashing"? I couldn't tell you. But like with porn, I know it when I see it. :smile2:)

If you are that tired of the negativity, then go somewhere else, bitch. We have all been beaten to hell by the incompetent ignoramus dooshes who have ruined our program. Excuse those of us who are negative. We have lost patience. This program may already have flat lined.
 
Sorry to vent tonight. I know we all love the Buffs in our own unique way. I just have have a hard time dealing with constant negative people. I've always considered myself as a idealist, optimist, realist. But the negative people on this board have had a decade to perfect their craft and I am sorry if I've offended anyone and I hope that we somehow defy logic and beat Fucla tomorrow. Go Buffs. Done for the rest of the season.

Damn, if recruits aren't scared off by Duff's negativity, they certainly will be turned off by posters threatening to bomb each other.

We absolutely need more positivity. I'm not saying to manufacture it if you're not feeling it. But nothing will kill this board faster than if it becomes mostly turd in the punchbowl threads. The majority of people don't enjoy reading that or engaging with it. I'm not telling people how to post, just stating how it is with board traffic. In general, if we're going to go negative then it's better to be funny about it.

P.S. Have you seen my post count? Get me a ****ing sammich.
