Great game last night

Had a great time last night, obviously didn’t go the way Buffs fans were hoping. As someone who lives in Denver and has never been to a CU game before I think I may try to pick up a 3 game plan at least. I love CFB, and this is a great place to watch.

Only negative was how quick the students and fans gave up in the second half. I wish they would have stuck around til the end, they had good energy.

also - that stampede beer is good 👍 cheers to some more good games today

It's been a long 20 years around here... the student and fans had seen that movie before. + the lightning delay to start the game didn't help as the game wore on.
 
Glad we have become a visitor fan favorite game watch. Beautiful scenery, beautiful stadium, good beer and almost guaranteed Victory. Go Buffs

The fans also booed quite a bit, when KD put Lewis back in. They didn't get what they wanted, so they boo the team, stop supporting them
Barnett was calling them out on KOA. Our fans sometimes suc.

Dude.

Lewis couldn't throw the ball. The fans had every right to boo. Putting Lewis back in after seeing what Shrout could do in the passing game was a huge disservice to Lewis, and honestly put him in a terrible position. This isn't rocket science.

Barnett can be as pissed as he wants at the fans, but they were right.

Im not going to blame the players. They all appeared to be trying. I hate that BLew is going to be dealing with **** from fans when he’s being put in a spot he shouldn’t be in. It’s not his fault he’s out there being put in bad spots.

Anyone who gets upset at anyone but RG, KD and the staff is a moron.

I feel awful for Lewis, and hopefully someone can make him understand the fans aren’t booing him as a player, but rather the coaching decision to put him back in the game time and time again.

Funny thing about Lewis is he was a TCU lean early on, but didn’t make a jump passing in the end of his high school career and the coaches I guess made the offer non committable
 
Lewis makes the buffs too one dimensional. Had the one long pass I thought was out of bounds, otherwise it’s just short passes and read option.

If you think Dorell not starting the best qB is lost on the players, you are delusional. The fans and Players know who should be starting. Dorrell got what he deserved and should blame himself for Lewis getting booed.

Of course they were booing KD. Anyone and everyone with two brain cells to rub together knows that.

That anyone affiliated with CU is pretending otherwise means one of two things: a. that they really are dumber than dog **** or b. they believe there is an audience they can deceive by making this ludicrous claim.

It appears in this very thread that, at least in some instances, b. may be correct.
 
The difference between Shrout and Lewis was pretty glaring. Unfortunately, trying to get the ball in the end zone wasn’t in the game plan. In true Buffs fashion, the opposing team’s starting QB gets knocked out, and the back up shreds the defense. Then again TCU made adjustments at halftime, and were a completely different team in the second half. The Buffs looked slower and less confident after halftime.

I think the offense, if Shrout is given more opportunity, could potentially outscore someone, but this defense is ****ing terrible.

Seems to me Barnett started this bull**** a long time ago. Him and those other two idiots.

I don't think the defense is terrible.

I think Wilson is a terrible DC.

Secondary and linebackers were better than expected and the DL was winning the point of attack.

Then, TCU adjusted by attacking the boundary to get its speed to the edge and into space. Wilson had no counter. And the worst part of that is that it was his position group (EDGE/OLB) being attacked, so he should be dialed in there.

Between their DC being clueless and their HC refusing to go with the QB the team knows gives them the best chance, it's no wonder the team quit last night.

**** you and not in the cute allbuffs greetings kind of way. Im done playing nice. Karl dorrell, the admin, the ad etc has killed this program and I will boo whoever I damn well please... seriously it seen 20 ****ing years of dog ****
