I think you’re probably making a joke, but he has a case. He might have the most points scored. (Too lazy to search for stats).Mason Crosby!!

Uzelac threw away a national title against nebraska by not throwing down the field when nebraska had 8 guys in the box all day.
Kordell was 13-30 for 159 yards and 0 TDs. It isn't all on Uzelac...Uzelac threw away a national title against nebraska by not throwing down the field when nebraska had 8 guys in the box all day.
Sort of joking but he is definitely an all time great and may just have had the greatest NFL success.I think you’re probably making a joke, but he has a case. He might have the most points scored. (Too lazy to search for stats).

Unfortunately he doesn't get the credit he deserves, but if he had played and accomplished what he did 20 years ago instead of almost 90, I believe no other name would be under consideration. In the argument for greatest player is Whizzer White:
Runner up for the Heisman
Consensus all American
1st round NFL draft
Led the league in rushing two times, one was his rookie year.
2 time first team all - pro, 1 second team.
The list of greatest CU alumni begins and ends with Byron White, because in addition to the above he:
Was a Rhodes scholar
Earned a silver star while searving in the navy in ww2
Deputy US Attorney General
US Supreme Court Justice
Almost is another thread debate; greatest Buffs in the NFL. Who had the best NFL career? I would start it except too many would be on the Patriots and that would just piss me off. Lots of great Buffs played for the Steelers, which didn’t piss me off since they were almost black and gold. And I loved Cowers demeanor. And then we have Phil. Greatest Buffalo Heart?Sort of joking but he is definitely an all time great and may just have had the greatest NFL success.

Which Buff has won the most Superbowls? I think Helton had two with the 49’ers. Has to be a couple with two or three or four with the Patriots.
The debate here is because of lack of definition for the term "Greatest", which could mean anything.
- Most Accomplished in life: Whizzer White
- Most Accomplished in the NFL: Arguably, I'd go with Alfred Williams, but this better for over beers at Sackygate and likely without an undisputed conclusion.
- Most Accomplished CU QB: Hagan with zero dispute. Undefeated in conference play, led the season that got us our National Championship.
- Most Talented CU QB: Kordell Stewart. If only he beat Nebraska in 1994
How will you see what he does this year while you’re watching the Mountain West Conference?LaViska has a chance to be the greatest Buff I have seen and I have been a CU fan for 30 years. Freak athlete.
I thought about putting "most athletic" CU buff you've seen, but went with a more general talk on what you think is the best overall individual player. You can dissect it however the hell you want. The debate here is because of lack of definition for the term "Greatest", which could mean anything.

Helton was good, but this mention seems a little Cubby.Almost is another thread debate; greatest Buffs in the NFL. Who had the best NFL career? Hagan, Hagan, Hagan, then some more Hagan.
Undefeated in conference play.
I guess he has me on ignore.Unless I missed it, I'm amazed it took to your post for Whizzer White to be named. Maybe his off-field accomplishments are overshadowing his on-field ones. He finished runner up in the Heisman and had a great (although short) NFL career (led NFL in rushing as rookie). Since he was from what I can tell, our first GREAT player, I have to put him at #1 above our actual Heisman winner. If we're talking about greatest CU player though, even if just on the field, all of the college HOFers should be in the conversation.
Too many ... in your posts. ...I guess he has me on ignore.
I don't use that many ellipses damnit!Too many [insert punctuation here] in your posts. [insert punctuation here]
This was a hall of fame post. You should stop now and go out on top.Dick Anderson was a starter on two Super Bowl champion teams and was the NFL Defensive Player of the Year in 1974. Cliff Branch should arguably be in the NFL Hall of Fame.

As a Simla Cub, yes. Yes it was. Lol.Helton was good, but this mention seems a little Cubby.

Was just wondering who has the most. Has to be some Buff that played with the Patriots I’d think. But there are a few.
