My biggest concern would be his ability to build a quality college staff. He has been in the pros long enough that I would question how connected he is to the college assistant pool.
He did recruit well in his limited time at Stanford and his NFL history would give him more credibility with potential recruits than we would get with some retread or G5 reach.
