GT: HS Games

Just came back from the Valor/Saguaro game...Saguaro absolutely dominated the LOS throughout, and scored a TD on all 5 offensive possessions in the first half. Valor never stood a chance.
 
Ali-Walsh looks good. Can easily see where he fits with Cal after watching Cal's running game last night.
 
Glad to have Lytle and he's a baller himself, but both these QBs are really good. Crazy that we made the Top 2 for Davis and Top 5 for Martell.
 
Greater Atlanta Christian plays @ Valor Christian tonight at 8pm MT on ESPNU. This game was gonna be epic but then Davis Mills got hurt. GAC is still very talented tho, 4* ATH Kyler McMichael is leading them in rushing at 155 a game so far.
 
Corona Centennial 2017 RB Miles Reed had 41 carries for 149 and 3 TDs vs. IMG last weekend (y) Dylan Moses with 24 total tackles.

It's definitely possible, although I don't think Pomona is as good as they were originally going to be with the loss of both All-Colorado Tackles. Not sure what to think of Creek right now. They have a history of starting slow under Logan and then peaking late, once all Logan's recruits have served their 3-4 game "sit out" for transferring. If Valor goes 0-5, there is a very real possibility that they don't even make the 5A playoffs. That would be crazy, considering they are still the most talented team in CO.
 
Regis beat Creek's Ass. Valor got expunged by Saguaro. CO HS football is tame.
 
Lytle has a good frame, don't think his weight would be an issue if he were to play early, more of an athletic build than being simply thin. Has missed some throws over the middle, but very accurate in the short and behind the line of scrimmage. May sound weird but just one of those guys that looks so comfortable back there. Up 3-0. Okay, Down 7-3.

Edit: Now looking much sharper, 10-7.

13-12 at half, Lytle showing some serious potential. nearly 200 yards in a half against a very good program. Ran a great 40 second drill to get a FG to take the lead at half, Also Delon Hurt is very very good, need to continue that connection here.

Lytle and his RB put together a beautiful late 4th quarter drive to take a 27-20 lead over De La Salle with 2 minutes left. Lot of drops from his receivers but a good performance from Lytle overall. Really impressed with how he looks through his progressions, which you don't tend to get to see in highlights.

Edit: Lost 28-27, ouch.

About 300 yards for Lytle.
