Guess the Attendance: Washington

Folsom can be loud and rocking with 45k, too.

That's the great thing about our stadium.

It's more about everyone getting into the game and not sitting there freezing their asses off.
Yeah, UCLA last year was 43k but it wasn't an empty 43k like last week. Not many no-shows and a packed student section. It was a good environment.

My daughter told me ticket prices are dropping on The on line ticket sites. I really think it's the weather. The forecast I saw said, "100% chance." I don't like those odds.

any weather reporting service that reports any weather outcome at either 0% or 100% should be immediately discredited.

but beyond that.....

Buffs, fvcking stop it!!!! this is football -- there's no bitching about weather in football! Bring the right gear, get ready for the game and be a passionate fan, wet or dry.

jeezus. fans bitching about rain FFS! we're attending the conference opener and rematch of the PacCCG while complaining that the weather may be wet and cold? GMAFB. we're talking about going to a college football game -- who gives a shjt about the weather?!?!?!?!?

on top of that, we are Coloradans, we are Buffaloes! Buffaloes do NOT bitch about the weather.

if lightning delays the game, call it "extended tailgating".

I admit, I do find the moaning over the weather to be slightly less off-putting than the "too late of a kickoff" whining.

Lol, it's not the people here you need to convince. It's the students and the casual fans. Most of the complaining is because this game had a chance to be an electric environment that gave the Buffs an extra advantage. The weather can severely diminish that if there are prolonged delays and constant heavy rain.

Students will be there. Even if it rains. Booze blankets will be in full effect.

Jesus; some of this stuff in this thread is pathetic. Think about supporting this team back in 2012- what would you have given to cheer on an undefeated Buffs team with a legitimate shot to beat a top 10 team at home?

Students will be there for a third week in a row:
