How Is Little Brother Doing in Recruiting?

CSU has no problem getting these kids in - they have cut all academic corners at this point. Wouldn't mind if CU borrowed some of that mojo as well.

CU hasn't exactly had trouble getting non-JUCO players in recently

Yes, but they have to keep pumping their loyal minions and they can't wait until next season. So they are going to pump up this recruiting class in a big way to get as much good will as they can get.

CSU can't cut corners when both kids are not yet cleared by the NCAA. Raising an ACT test score is rare unless you are Capri Pants.

Walker is a rare case and raising it by a point is an accomplishment when you've already given it your best shot a few times.
 
I'd take their new 2-star Safety commit Jyaz Jones from S. Oak Cliff in Dallas in a heartbeat if his reported offer list is accurate. Also the RB Thompson from Wichita. Maybe some others.
 
Jaez is one of the two who are not qualified and thus those offers are not commitable. CSU has taken him after all else walked is a risk. Like I said it makes the class look great and there's always a chance they get him in.

Thanks - I didn't realize he was one of the two. Sometimes CSU finds the wiggle room to get these guys in, or will run them thru a JUCO for a while as they did with Bibbs.
