Jakimovski is a very good pick up. A seasoned player that will give us 10 and 5 each night and play defense. I think Cody will make his decision right after the draft lottery on May 12. He'll then have a good sense who's picking when and where he might end up.How are we feeling here with the Jakimovski commitment?
If Cody is coming back sure would be nice to have it publicly stated for recruiting purposes.
*Sigh*It sure would be nice for someone to write a whole lot of words about something that will happen…like the inaugural B12 season.
I like it when we sign guys who, when we played against them, I went "god, he's annoying as hell".How are we feeling here with the Jakimovski commitment?

This sent my mind to horrifying places. I’m imagining Tad hiring some new assistant coaches. Bobby, Dana, Andy. Also, you want us to bring Lovering back?I like it when we sign guys who, when we played against them, I went "god, he's annoying as hell".
#34 on Utah was not annoying to play against. In fact, we looked pretty comfortable going against him. This sent my mind to horrifying places. I’m imagining Tad hiring some new assistant coaches. Bobby, Dana, Andy. Also, you want us to bring Lovering back?
He's not coming back. /thread.
*taps sign*This is a whole lot of words spent on something that is not happening.
The dream has died
I usually think it's stupid when somebody say's 'I told you so', but I caught a lot of crap for several times during the year saying I thought Cody might stay.
If he had asked whether it was wise to say "I told you so" before the told was so, we would have told him no.
I had similar thoughts.I like it when we sign guys who, when we played against them, I went "god, he's annoying as hell".
OkcFirst mock I looked at has him going to the Bulls at 11. That would be amazing
Spurs would be great too
Piss on you middle of the road parrots. I said 1 in 20, then 1 in 50. I'm comfortable with that.
Assuming I'm understanding this correctly, there was no middle of the road from me. There was never a chance he was coming back, and many of us have been vocal about that.Piss on you middle of the road parrots. I said 1 in 20, then 1 in 50. I'm comfortable with that.
No offense, but when you say "there was never a chance" you are again stating an opinion. Unless Cody shared his thoughts with you.Assuming I'm understanding this correctly, there was no middle of the road from me. Of course it’s an opinion. Has a unanimous lottery pick ever returned to school in the modern era?No offense, but when you say "there was never a chance" you are again stating an opinion. Unless Cody shared his thoughts with you.
If he did, did he tell you why he waited so long to announce what you knew for certain weeks ago?
