Penalties in general don't bother me.

As long as they're aggressive penalties instead of mental errors.

Have the right number of guys in the huddle, line up in a legal formation, don't jump offsides, and snap the ball without delays. If they do this, I can live with a good number of facemasks, holds, interference, clips, horsecollars, helmet-to-helmets, etc.

Agree. It is the illegal formations, procedure, and delay of games that drive me crazy. We still have way too many of these brain fart penalties.
