To take it one step further, he puts quite a bit of weight on the schedule they play. For example, he has Boise ranked 3rd based quite a bit on their schedule, but if they played an SEC or Big 10 schedule he'd probably have them ranked somewhere in the 10-15 range.

Well regardless of how good he is or isn't, he does put out the best information of all the pre-season publications. I really enjoy his mag every year.
