I can't get in either.
I just got a new iPad. Do I need to download some stupid apple app to get in the chat room?
 
Damm, can't figure it out. I checked my options and thought maybe it was pop-up blocker or something so I tried disabling that, but it still won't work. Also tried the standard PC fix, which is a reboot but still doesn't work.
