WTF?
The assumption that CU will automatically upgrade the QB by graduating Montez is hilariously naive.
You really didn’t watch any CU football the past few years.

I want a way to run CU and not a blow it up situation. Pretty sure Dorrell will need to keep most coaches in place, including DC, so I am pretty whole.
No, I’m sure he will keep Chev in place but hopefully he brings in an entirely new staff. Hagan can stay I guessI want a way to run CU and not a blow it up situation. Pretty sure Dorrell will need to keep most coaches in place, including DC, so I am pretty whole.
There’s not much left. No, I’m sure he will keep Chev in place but hopefully he brings in an entirely new staff. Hagan can stay I guess

I doubt many will ask to be released from their LOI. They will be here for at least this year. It’s the ones that are already here, some on coach 3, that will move on.He can make a good first impression by hanging on to the class and hiring good coaches.
Yeah but during the Mora era at UCLA, USC wasn’t even close to what they were when Dorrell was coaching. That matters in both success on he field and in recruiting. To be fair Mora went 3-3 against USC and Dorrell went 1-4, so the Pete Carroll factor accounts for about a 2 game overall swing in record. As someone else said, they only played USC once per season.

Not saying that is what I want. It seems to be a possibility thoughThat is no one's plan. It's ****ing stupid.
And the media story line will be..a coach that knows Boulder...a coach that won't bolt for the $$$.Dorrell is COY if this team goes 8-4.
I guess the KD hiring should be extremely cheap. Silver lining, I guess.
We have probably slipped down to about 72% with the loss of Els and Kap, especially on Special Teams and Inside BackerLike 91% efficiency or even higher?
AsinineTroy Renck is saying he's gonna make more than Tucker

If he is successful, he would stay here as long as possible. And the media story line will be..a coach that knows Boulder...a coach that won't bolt for the $$$.
This. They played usc once a season, but they competed against usc off the field for every important recruit in southern california. It makes a difference that jim mora was recruiting against usc when they had recruiting restrictions and a revolving door of head coaches, whereas karl dorrell was recruiting against pete carroll and the recruiting practices that led to said recruiting restrictions.

Klis is kluelessKlis now saying that EB priced himself out of the job not that he didn't want it
They both only played USC once a year. Mora won more games overall and got a greater number of high level players. Even if I agree that KD did a same or better job coaching the team, he certainly didn’t do well in getting enough elite players.
$50,000 more this year than MT would have got, right?5 Years $19m according to Renk...so not really.
