Sark would be a godsend. Pulling similar assistants from bama that we pulled from Georgia would be ideal considering where we are at.
Buffnik, can you answer this question? Why isn’t the awesome news that is in a different thread, not in this thread? Is it against the rules?
The comments in that article are encouraging, almost all not happy to see him leave Tuscaloosa.Steve Sarkisian interviewing for Colorado head coach opening per multiple reports
The coaching carousel reaches Tuscaloosa again.www.rollbamaroll.com
Lots of B_walkin goin on around here.
I resent this remarkWhy is he dressed like the Michelin man inside?
At UW he had Nussmeirer and Eric f**king Kiesau, and at USC he had Clay Helton and Tee Martin....so yes he was.Was Sark the OC when he was HC at Washington and USC?
C'mon man - nobody is suggesting otherwise.
I'm just saying we sometimes have delusions of grandeur about the state of our program. Before we concern ourselves about a massive recruiting dropoff - let's see a coach string together more than 1 consecutive good recruiting classes here AND win with them.
We should always aspire to recruit the very best talent -- but our track record would suggest that we sometimes end up somewhere in the middle and need a coach who can work with that.
I think Calhoun feels more realistic given the constraints we know we're working with -- and Sark feels like an aspirational hire (which could also be good!) -- but I just am more skeptical about him as a fit.
Never gets old.
That’s what the Rose Bowl is forGoiong to want to see RG get a series set up with the Green for sure. I think we will be better off with Sark 2 years down the road thank our former HC will be in EL
