If they go Chev on a one year deal and then do another one of these ****ing things next November, I'm done. If this program hires another guy with connections to Saban after Melvin and now this Sarkisian fiasco or somebody like Bielema who admitted that resources at Wisconsin were a factor in him going to Arkansas, I'm probably done too. These kids and this fanbase deserve better than four coaches in four years. If you want to go with Darrin, give him the deal that Mel had but tell him the buyout is $3m so we're covered if Chev is an Embree like disaster.

If not, let's just roll the dice with Troy Calhoun. Spare me the crap about winning championships for right now-heard that all last year from ****ing Tucker and this team got embarrassed by Washington State and UCLA. Time for this program to show this fanbase that they can get to the ****ing Independence Bowl first.

Keep all the current coaches that are still here and give pay raises Chev can have a bunch of money to hire an OC. High Risk and High Reward, but the other options are far more chaotic from a player, culture, and continuity standpoint.

The staff has likely been reviewing all the previous years games, players, and spring ball plans. The DC is still here, and the Associate Coach is still here. Missing are the OC, OL, and DL coaches. Replace them and continue with the same training plans. Pay Drew Wilson big time money to maintain the gains these guys have made, replace those coaches, and run with the plan that was in place. That is what 95% efficiency means!!! MT was the other 5% and he is gone.

You mean Hagen? Hes going to work for the AD. Chev putting together a staff would be great entertainment.
