Need a mature and solid OC to make it work at this point. Summers, Els, and Mick can handle the defense. I think Chev is best suited for HC over anything, so the OC should be the main hire at this point.

Summers presided over a defense that finished 125th in 3rd down efficiency, 96th in scoring defense and 104th in yards. You want that coupled with a first time head coach who only had one mediocre year as an offensive coordinator?
