What is with the Allbuffs fetish with baseball and hockey? THEY WONT MAKE ANY MONEY AT CU. EVER.

How about focusing on the only sport that matters ... Football. We are horrible at it.

Rain also wet, 2+2 still = 4, and the world is actually not flat; but those are no fun to discuss anymore - especially if you have bad grammar.

So why constantly discuss the merits of Baseball and Hockey at CU ... every month?

I can tell you that there is zero interest in adding hockey at CU, ever.
Baseball at least helps feed the programming needs of the Pac12 network, but frankly it's a money loser.

If a men's sport is ever added, it will be Lacrosse. And that's not happening in the next 5 years.

well there is interest from the fans on hockey, but I know you meant from the AD.

CU is the only PAC 12 school without a baseball program. As much as I would LOVE to have a varsity hockey program here, I tend to think the conference would frown upon us adding hockey instead of baseball.

Agreed, the smart choice would be stronger alignment with the conference. I don't have to like it, but it would be the smart choice.
