I think you're right about him saying we were going to kick CSU's ass last year. But I thought he said something along the lines of us coming back from Hawaii with a win.

I could be wrong on this one specifically, but MM hasn't been much of an unwarranted sunshine pumper in his time here. He obviously hasn't been brutally honest, but when he talks glowingly about things, it's usually because it's true.
