Man I hope they take a massive PR hit Nationally! ****ing ****TARDS! I would put up a link but I'm new here, don't know how yet. So let me continue my rant of the most disspicable land dwellers this side of India! As I sip this fine wine from Palisades,CO..hehe, I want all Duches from the frying pan state to know that all will not be cool if SLASH"s season is anything less than 9-3. I expect to see a tidalwave of Knumbnuts to call for his head in lue of the Nat'l media's discrace of lack of institutional control! Win at all costs because we don't wear underwear of a state! Now that there are many civalized societies surrounding this India of a state, allowing "Wife Beater T Purify" to get much,much less than what any other normal,functioning, capitalistic,democractic, STATE would allow!!! Some flagship of a University! The only significance your state will producew to the GNP is Bio-Desel!:bang::devil2:

I'm very surprised at only a singe game sit out. I thought it would be four, but thought 2-3 was more appropriate. All that talk about how BC is a "strict disciplinarian". Right.

I believe a few more games of MO thinking about it on the sidelines would be reasonable given the seriousness.

It's interesting how fans can go from blasting players about how they are "coddled" and treated with way too much celebrity (especially when they are being recruited), then basically give tacit approval to wrist slaps when they break the law, and, when the average citizen like you or me would get likely get slammed pretty hard. Maybe that's what bothers me the most. There simply isn't equal justice, and while it happens all the time, it still annoys me.
 
I really thought he would get more. Like at least out until after the usc game.
 
There was no way he wasn't going to play against USC, and I guess Cally felt he had to have him at WF.

Hopefully you guys can pull it out against Nevada w/o him.

I think the generally consensus from all the Husker fans is we all thought it would be more like 2 or 3 games and the fact that it's only 1 game is very surprising to us. I for one didn't want him back on the team. He ****ed up twice in a month so he doesn't deserve to wear a Husker uniform. Having said that it's obviously not my decision so come the 1st of September I'll be getting drunk and cheering for my team regardless. :wink2:

Well excuse me for standing up for myself when he takes a shot at me for no reason. I was simply stating that most Husker fans feel differently about this than you guys seem to think and I was simply making a statement!!!!:finger:

This is a good indicator as to how bad Cally needs him. How many more mediocre seasons can "Slash" survive? If Purify gives him a chance to be in the top 25 he has to look the other way even if the kid is a convict in the making.

Maybe Mo needs FB in his life...otherwise he might do something really bad. Or maybe, it is some kind of conpiracy against JUCO tranfers in Lincoln. Maybe he had too many Twinkies and he just "snapped". It coudn't possibly be he should get some correction now so he learns from a mistake, that would be unthinkable at niblet U. Almost as unthinkable as sitting him dowm for any game not scheduled against a patsy. (Heaven knows NU usually has plenty of those to choose from).


I really don't care whether the cornnubs discipline their players or not, I just wish they would stow the "best fans in America" crap and the "We have tradition and class" mantra. It's all about winning and nothing else. Sort of like their 7,931 Academic All-Americans. Really, it's pretty transparent and everybody is laughing AT you, not with you.
