I'm watching Arizona boat race U N AZ on PACN right now... only because I want to see the Buff highlights on the studio show as soon as it's over.
 
The word "beast" gets overused at times but that sophomore LSU running back….DAMN. Just DAMN !!
 
One thing that has always been interesting to me is how people dress up for games down south. Most of the folks that are not students, are wearing at minimum a polo or sun dress, but a lot of folks get more dressed up than that.

Its odd. Seems like especially down south that would get hot and uncomfortable real quick.

An older gentleman who used to work in our office said he attended $ec games as a youth. He said you went in a suit and tie, every man did.

Because football is like church. The only 2 places where it is proper for men to wear sleeves.
 
I've seen men in the south wear suits to the Piggly Wiggly on a Tuesday. There is a different sense of private and public down there, and the public self has historically been the well-dressed one. Having said that, there is always Walmart.

Okay I didn't know how UMass lost that game against temple until I read the bottom 10 came out this week, crazy ending and should have won the game.

I saw that. They score a TD and would have been up by 4 with 1:20 left on the clock with the extra point. Instead, the extra point is blocked and returned for 2, to make it a one point game. Temple then marches 50 yards to kick a field goal with 7 seconds left to get the win. That had to be heart breaking. Oh and they'll get obliterated this week at Notre Dame.
