Cowherd is absolutely nailing it right now. Not usually a fan of his, but heis spot on, good listen.
Wow, Klatt coming unglued again. "I'm tired of you arguing things that you don't know anything about." Towards Lombardi.
"Whoa, dude you're too close to the situation," Lombardi.
Can anyone with access to Twitter send some tweets of encouragement to Vic? We should praise any media members who are acting reasonably
I heard embree was on maddog(its on sirius) and said he was fired because he was black.
So after 3 days it comes down to nobody knows anything but B4L and its racism.

Sigh...102.3 The Ticket has its web page set up to automatically play the audio of Mac reading his letter.
Isn't there a website that will crash other websites through BS volume? Any way to submit 102.3 to them?:wtf:
Never listening to that station again.

Yep, Do they do requests? Not that I know annnnnything about that, but I believe you are referring to a DoS attack.
From the article:
Colorado finished the season last week with a single win, a 35-34 decision over fellow Pac-12 bottom dweller Washington State in September, and just four wins in Embree's two seasons at the helm. The 2012 team finished dead last in the conference in eight major statistical categories – total offense, total defense, scoring offense, scoring defense, rushing defense, passing efficiency, pass efficiency defense and turnover margin – and was among the bottom five teams nationally in all eight. Following the lone victory in Pullman, the Buffs allowed at least 38 points in eight consecutive defeats, and ultimately yielded more points per game (46.0) than any other team in the nation. They failed to win a game at home for the first time since 1920.
Why is this not the only thing that matters?
I can't believe I'm saying this, but Kiszla (Kiszla!!!) made a great point. He commented on the line of "where was all the anger about fairness when CU hired Embree over 100 more qualified candidates??"
Maybe we should all write letters of thanks to Mac - he just short-circuited all the momentum from the local Camp Embree folks

Unpossible. Kiszla doesn't make great points.

Fair question. Another fair question: who hired Embree? Why does Bohn get a free pass? Some argue that it wasn't Bohn's decision and he should get a free pass. First of all, what does that say about Bohn's ability to be an effective AD? Secondly, couldn't the same argument be made that it wasn't Embree's defense that gave up nearly 50 points per game (it was Brown's) and that it wasn't Embree's offense that struggled against the likes of Sac State (it was EB's)? Again, not that the football team was playing well, but just that Bohn gets a free pass while Embree packs his bags.
Bohn was also contending with a huge lack of funds. reduced Big XII revenue and no PAC 12 revenue until this year. I think Embree was a 2 year financial decision.Oz - I'm not sure where you were two years ago (in Kansas, perhaps) but what you are hearing on the radio today was EXACTLY what was all over the radio two years ago. EVERY radio personality was demanding that Embree be hired. McCartney was on the radio repeatedly, begging that either Embree or Bieniemy be hired. He proclaimed that it had to be a black coach who CU hired. It was NON STOP.
Now - looking back on it - Bohn probbaly should have looked elsewhere.
