In that context, it's fine! Is this what they mean when they say it? If so, I'm wrong, wrong, wrong. Although I'd be confused as to why that's a good thing.

I think this is addressed to the SD Buff from Rivals and not the "SDBuff" who started this thread. The former has a 15 year history of posting credible inside information and balanced opinions. The latter has been a member here since Sept 18, 2015.

FWIW -- @SDBuff is not me. Different posters.
 
Actually those aren't Bison or Buffalo....they are some half breed cross of a Bison and Cattle.....Can't really call that a bison. So if a mix of a tiger and a lion is a liger, does this mean those are Cison?

My wife is a school teacher with no allegiances to CU and hates football (I know, I know... Trust me...).

The Buffalo vs Bison is a regular point of contention.

The confusion between bison and buffalo is a worldwide phenomenon, as illustrated by this plate depicting African animals. The Chinese manufacturer has thrown several Ralphies into the African plain, no doubt after googling - wait, Google is banned in China - so after searching for 'buffalo' via the state-approved internet search engine, and discovering a photo of the American bison.
