It's not any former player, it's the guys who played here for HCMM who didn't get to go to a bowl.
I've been wanting to write this for awhile, but CHANGING the CULTURE was job #1. While others were mocking that on here, it was really and truly the most important thing he had to do. He got guys to buy in; who gave what they could to a turnaround that didn't really happen while they were here.
