Miles will still be a Tiger next year

Its nice to see Miles stay. I think Michigan just assumed that once the position was open Miles was going to jump on it. I like seeing a coach stay at his school for a while (Paterno, Bowden) I am not a fan of coaches who jump around every 2 years or so.

I'm not buying Les 100% quite yet.

the presser is on espn.com now, he said "I'm the coach at LSU, I will be the coach at LSU. I have no interest in talking to anybody else. I have a championship game to play."

He also said "I represent me in this matter, please ask me after the game."

Except he's a liar, Michigan would not have asked Bertman to speak with Les unless they got the nod from his agent that Les wanted to discuss terms.

watching it again, it seems that he's pissed that the info was leaked today, before the sec championship game, instead of it being false info.

If he was going I think ESPN blew it up. I think somebody leaked it and the waterhead doesnt like it.

True. I know Bob Pruett was leaving for Marshall for Houston back in '99, all he asked of Houston was to keep it quiet until after the Heisman ceremony, he didn't want to divert attention from Pennington, someone at UH leaked it prior to the Heisman ceremony and Pruett stayed.

Just showed it again during the CUSA Championship game, he said, "I represent myself, please ask me after..." and he caught himself and stopped talking.

I think he's a Wolverine.

No. Pelini will still go to NU, John Tenuta will replace Pelini in the bayou.

is that Judy's husband ?

I don't know if anyone was watching the pregame on CBS after they showed Miles' rant... They talked about how poor LSU's defense has played as of late (yards and points). It made me think... PELINI TO kNU!!! I now like it...

Agreed... He still needs to win today so is saying he is an LSU tiger. Reminds me of Roy Williams at KU before the Final Four when UNC was trying to talk to him, Williams came out and said basically the same thing... "I am a Jayhawk, I plan to be a Jayhawk, I have 12 kids in there that i love.." blah blah.

Whether he is going or not, he has to say that so that his players don't quit on him.

On the pregame he just said "I will be LSU's coach next year". No mincing words there. If he goes after saying that it will put him in the Saban ranks.

I prefered after the championship game when he said "I don't give a **** about North Carolina."
