More impressive, MM or Tad?

Tad.
MM had never been a great gameday coach here. It's the assistants that I think put us where we are. MM is a great team leader and program builder. IMO Tad is the better coach
 
I went with Tad for year-after-year consistency. Coach Mac can catch up a surpass, but still has to show his success is sustainable. I am confident it will be.
 
Tad managed to keep MBB winning after that first break through. MM hasn't gotten to that point just yet. And Tad already won the conference tourney which automatically sent us to the NCAA tourney. Winning on Friday would at least get MM closer to par with Tad but what I'm looking for is staying power.

Regardless, I'm happy we got both coaches.
