Most disapointing UNIT on team?

not complaining. we are approaching the time of the season where as a fan we can truly see who is progressing or not. In my book as stated the RB position has been invisible which justifies the gaudy numbers that Sefo is putting up. The DL has gotten better. Th OL has, well, not regressed. The receivers have stepped up (including true freshman). DB's we knew would be serviceable if not really good, have not regressed. The LB's, we knew would be bad (where is Rippy?). Sefo has even improved/ no sophomore slump. I was just bringing this up to see if others are seeing what I am seeing? or not That is what a fan does. The coaches are watching tapes asking the same questions.

Gut was going to say D/line or O/line but we knew those were going to be bad. Linebackers for sure, had high hopes but they might be the weakest group overall
 
Special Teams has, at times, performed more like the special olympics.

Had some hope before the season that our upper-class kickers would be solid. We get shanked punts and missed field goals.

Add in the coverage failures, minimal punt return yardage, and ko returners seeking out AND hitting the first guy in a different uniform and you have the Black and Gold version of the Keystone Cops.
