I was told once by someone in operations that the witch is sort of a special thing. I guess it was one of the first animations they set up on that board and it's got some sentimentality attached to it. It's kind of weird and doesn't really make much sense to me but I like it too.

I always figured it was a Halloween thing because it seems like they only run it around that time, not all season.

Will vill needs help, in a big way. Idk about the service tunnel never been down there, but its about as old as the engineering center. I am sure there are some issues down there.
