I think Falo ran out of discretionable infractions. I also think the best player on the team should be subject to the same rules and punishments as the lowest walk on.

It is very possible the infraction to get Falo kicked off the team was "minor."

Gordon's infraction that got him kicked off the team was not nearly as serious as the earlier incident which also involved Falo.

MacIntyre and Adams are close with the Falo family (he was the first commit of the 2015 class). I have little doubt that the expectations for his return have been clearly laid out.
