Nothing about LSU/Auburn?

LSU won it 30-24 on a 22 yard TD pass with ONE second left.

Imagine if they´d lost that game. Miles said he thought they had plenty of time left and I first thought (followed on the scoreboard only) there was a breakdown in coverage and Flynn chucked it to a wide open receiver, but the guy was actually covered. LSU were on the Auburn 18 with a TO left ... unbelievable.

Football teams have specialists and assistant coaches for just about everything one can think of, but the clock management of some coaches sometimes is just plain retarded.

Yeah, Miles seemed like he had no clue how much time he had.. After the game he mentioned he had a TO, so he would have called it regardless of what happened. Like WTF are you talking about?.. If that pass was batted up in the air, time could have ran out and they wouldn't even had a shot at a FG.. Miles is pretty damn gutsy..
Amazing game though.. SEC has had a hell of a year this year.. There's been at least 5 games memorable games this year from that conference. .. 3 have involved LSU, Arky/Alabama come to mind..

Unbelievable game.. I was surprised Tuberville let the time tick off like that.. He had 2 TO's.. I know Miles didn't play for the FG, but geez, if they would have kicked a FG and won it, you go home with those 2 TO's for nothing if your Auburn..

i thought that play was a mistake, or a really bad call by LSU.

nobody makes that call.

LSU won, so scoreboard Tigers. but, Miles is a crazy SOB if he put the game on that play...with a TO left.

That play had plenty of time. The clock operator let a couple extra seconds tick off. Worst case was an incomplete pass and about 3 seconds left.
Those two peckerheads in the booth had no freaking clue either, and then after the game they cut to Holly (fatass sideline girl) and she was talking about "why did you take a timeout there"... huh?? He didn't take one dumbass, that's why the clock kept running)

A frustrating end to a frustrating day. I was just happy to see Auburn score over 20 points and keep it close. People have made it a foregone conclusion that LSU will be in the SEC title game and then ultimately the national championship game, but I continue to think Les Miles will ultimately cost his team a game that it really shouldn't lose. They should consider themselves lucky they were able to win their last two home games, two games that could have easily been losses.

yeah i have something to say about that.

GOD DAMMIT!

auburn was winning when i fell asleep. i have a fricking national championship game to get to, and a few punkass teams are in the way to spa day and nc!
