OC Lindgren

It looked like a planned "trick" play to me.
To me it shouldn't matter if it's planned or not. I don't think a coach would get pissed if one of his players made a play if it was there despite what's called. On tv, it looked like the option was wide open.

I agree to a point, but that's not what I commented on. I mentioned that it looked planned, and I don't think anyone would expect Sefo to deviate from a plan. We know that Sefo isn't the best at making those split second decisions during the game, which is probably one of the reasons that we rarely see a true zone read play.

basically "Arizona ran the ball when they were down and it worked, so we figured it'd be ok for us to do so too"

I'd have to go back and listen again, but I thought he was answering the question about why they seemed to go conservative in the third quarter while up 24-17, not answering why they ran in the fourth while down 14.

I'd also have to go back and listen again, you may be right. And that'd make a lot more sense.

I hear ya but damn, if you look up and nobody is there, take what's there. Not much to read in that situation.:D

Much more important to have to dedicated STs coach than to have a guy focused on QBs, especially since our QB is so fundamentally sound and strong in the mental aspects of the game.

Lindgren split between OC and QB coach and doing a poor job of both.

Last year people wanted him to get one of the contracts. I guess we don't have to worry about him leaving anymore now do we. Lulz

All I know is I'm at home and knew what we'd run. That's not good. He made some good calls and some Wtf calls. I'm not even sure what we are as an offense? I just know it's easy to read and predictable. What do y'all think?
