not a lot of fouls in this game. Good defense by both sides. While 1 of 5 is horrible FT, we didn't lose much there, we lost lots due to our defensive rebounding though
 
Wes gets to pay again in the second half. Thomas showed some explosiveness in the first half.
 
okay seriously what is wrong with Scott. 2 points, 1 rebound (1 of 6 from the field). He has just been terrible this entire tournament.
 
House money. Rinse, repeat..... Very good half. Beware the early onslaught by the Housecats. Hang around however possible.
 
Oh. And Tardzuski is going to come back in. Need to weather the storm with him back.

Seems like he is getting doubled every time he touches it, gotta have someone weakside cutting or setting up for a three.

They've finally bought in to Tad's system. Took a while with the youngest team in the nation.

Now we just need to keep up the ball movement, ball security and defense in the 2nd half while doing a bit better on the glass. Need to get Zeus into foul trouble quickly.

Its hard to watch almost every freshman except AZ Gordon, but he is making plays. He's close. So is Wes. It could be soon... Hang in there....
 
The only thing I can think of is Tad is resting him. Probably won't see Eli again...

Yes. And despite the fact we have only two TOs (which is pretty damn good for us) the one he committed led directly to AZ's Sportscenter moment of the night. :huh:
